All prices are in Swiss Francs including VAT (MWST). 

Payment methods

In order to make you easier the shopping process, we offer different payment options:

We accept secure online payment using major credit cards including VISA and Master Card, as well as PayPal payments. In any case payment takes place over a secure PayPal-hosted page.

If you pay in a different currency than Swiss Francs (for example, if you pay using a foreign credit card), the amount you pay will be automatically converted to your desired currency.

In addition we accept offline payment methods such as bank transfer, inpayment form (Einzahlungsschein) and pay on delivery (Nachnahme) through the Swiss Post. Please contact us to arrange offline payment at sales@grapegarcia.com

 

 

 

Returns

Please inform us about the return and explain clearly the reason at sales@grapegarcia.com and send the article back to the following address:

Return policy

You can cancel a paid order before it is processed and get a full refund.

You can regret your purchase and return unwanted products that do not have damages or defects, within 30 days from receipt. In this case we will refund the full price of the article, but not the return shipping costs.  Returned articles must be in their original packaging and in mint condition including labels, tags, etc. Incomplete returns may be refused. We are not responsible for articles lost during return shipping. We kindly recommend you to send your return through a postal service that provides a tracking number to ensure that we receive the package. Please take in count that we do not accept packages returned by pay on delivery (Nachnahme). We will send you the corresponding refund once we have received your return.

Size exchange

You can return an article only once for size exchange within 30 days from receipt. Articles returned for size exchange must be in their original packaging and in mint condition including labels, tags, etc. Please consider that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs plus the shipping costs for the second delivery. Please inform us about the size exchange at sales@grapegarcia.com to check availability. If we do not have another size available, then we will refund the full price of the article, but not the return shipping costs. We are not responsible for articles lost during return shipping. We kindly recommend you to send your return through a postal service that provides a tracking number to ensure that we receive the package. Please take in count that we do not accept packages returned by pay on delivery (Nachnahme). We will send you a replacement or a refund once we have received your return.

Defective articles

You have the right to return articles with manufacturing defects within 30 days from receipt. The defect must be result of material or production deficiencies. Returned articles must be in their original packaging and in mint condition including labels, tags, etc. Incomplete returns may be refused.

We are not responsible for articles lost during return shipping. We kindly recommend you to send your return through a postal service that provides a tracking number to ensure that we receive the package. Please take in count that we do not accept packages returned by pay on delivery (Nachnahme). We will refund the full price of the article and the return shipping costs if the defective claim is valid. Please note that we inspect all our products before shipping out. We will send you a replacement or a refund once we have received your return and we have checked the condition of the article

Lost & Damage during Shipping

If you do not receive your package within a time period of minimum 15 working days after receiving the tracking number, you should notify us. We will assist you in providing support for the investigation and possible location of your package. In case necessary we will process the claim and follow up the insurance with the Swiss Post, who will compensate the loss. We will send you a replacement or a refund once the compensation is cleared.

If the package and/or the content looks visible damaged at delivery you should refuse to sign the receipt and file a formal statement to the Swiss Post immediately. Please inform us about the damage within the first 24 hours of receipt of the package. Please keep all information and evidence which could be useful as proofs. We will process the claim and follow up the insurance with the Swiss Post, who will compensate the damage. We will send you a replacement or a refund once the compensation is cleared.
